Request account deletion

Use this page to request permanent deletion of a Rofasware School login account and the personal data directly associated with it. You can submit this request even if you no longer have the mobile app.

We verify each request to protect school accounts from unauthorized deletion. Requests are normally completed within 30 days, and we will contact you only when verification or clarification is required.

What happens after a verified request

Your login credentials, active sessions, notification tokens, and directly associated profile data are removed or anonymized.
Records controlled by your school may be retained where required for academic, financial, safeguarding, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations.
Deleting a user login does not automatically delete an entire institution or records belonging to other users.
